Professional and Courteous

Outstanding group of people here. Just had an AC unit/furnace and hot water tank installed. Started off great with Marc initiating the process, very knowledgeable, really good at explaining all options available. The install team led by Ryan and his assistant, Ian, is second to none, professional and courteous. It was apparent early on that they take pride in their work and truly are artists of their trade. Thanks again, guys. One last shout-out to Natalie who helped out big time with the paperwork. All in all, do not hesitate to call this fine group of people for an install, repair or service.

Timely Service

We found Kamloops Heating and Air Conditioning excellent to deal with. Phoned in the morning for a quote to install central air conditioning in our home. They immediately got back to us asking for square footage of home and picture of our furnace and breaker box - so simple. An hour later they emailed us a very competitive quote which we accepted. We live 45 minutes out of Kamloops. A couple of their competitors could not be bothered to return our call. Kamloops Heating and Air Conditioning arrived on time and did a very good job of the installation. Highly recommend these folks to anyone.
